It has been a whirlwind of a fall so far! A couple weeks ago I had the privilege of getting together with Creative 1 Media, which is the guild I am apart of, in Chicago. It was a great time to connect with everyone, but especially with my studio based in Indianapolis. Scott C. Smith was our speaker during the time. It was really encouraging to hear from someone in the Creative field about what their relationship with God looks like in Hollywood and working in media. Among the fun, we also discussed new style elements for Cru, attended workshops and showed our work from the last year. It always feels good to be on the same page!

After all the hanging out in Chicago, I had a great time with my team in Indianapolis for

our Studio Retreat. These two trips will be the only times this school year I will see them in person. Since I am remote, it can be really hard to build a close and personal relationship with my team. This really helped me feel included and know each of them deeply.

My current project list is very busy. I would love your prayers as I finish these projects and begin new ones! I am currently editing a Changed Life Video about a student who goes to Portland State University. I am also soon taking a trip to Oregon State University and the University of Washington for a Valor Video (the ROTC branch of Cru). Finally, I’m planning a trip in January to San Fransisco for another shoot. I cannot wait to share these stories of what God is doing! Thank you for partnering with me. Your prayers and support are helping to reach many thousands of people with the Gospel.

WHEN YOU PRAY:

For hearts to to be softened toward the Gospel while interacting with the art the Creative 1 Media makes.

For students preparing and contemplating going to the Winter Conferences.

For all of our eyes to stay on Jesus and that we surrender to the Holy Spirit everyday, every minute.

PERSONALLY:

Two weeks ago, Emma’s sisters’ father passed away. As you can imagine, or empathize with, we were heartbroken. All of her family was very close to him even though were not related. We will be joining this side of the family for Thanksgiving to support them. We would greatly appreciate prayers for a time of lament, comfort and joy in this time.

Tyler is applying for another job in hopes to work one instead of two. We are not expecting to hear until January but all prayers are needed.

We are looking forward to Christmas coming and going to see family in Seattle. May we also say, we are almost done shopping! WHAAAAT?!! Yay!

Thank you for your faithfulness,
